A Bit About Me

I started my career in hospitality after finishing City of Bath College and getting my first proper chef job at Hotel Du Vin, Winchester, in 1999. I stayed with the Group for nine years of which five as a Head Chef in their sites in Tunbridge Wells and Henley on Thames. During that time I also broadened my skills working in London in 3 Rosette & Michelin starred restaurants alongside Monica Galetti and Michel Roux Jr. Moving onto pastures new, I opened two critically acclaimed gastropubs with rooms for Millers Collection in Hampshire & Berkshire. When the opportunity arose in 2011 I opened and run The Crooked Well, a critically acclaimed, award winning gastro pub in London
